The Southern California PGA Announces Collaborative Relationship with the Southern California Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association

Ontario, CA – March 29, 2023 – The Southern California Section of the PGA of America (SCPGA) has created a collaborative relationship with the Southern California Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association.

The two associations will collaborate on events and programming designed to educate local communities about the game of golf, the numerous benefits of the game, career opportunities within the industry, and community outreach through youth golf programming. Specifically,  the SCPGA’s ClubsForeYouth® program, which provides new golf equipment to local girls’ and boys’ high school golf teams.

“We are thrilled to be collaborating with the NFL Alumni Association of Southern California,” says Nikki Gatch, PGA, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Southern California PGA. “Leveraging the power of our two brands to bring awareness, education, and opportunities around the game of golf within our Southern California communities, is an incredible opportunity and will undoubtedly create a great buzz around the game of golf.”

As the two organizations begin to create their vision for impactful events and programming throughout the Southern California community, they will first focus on golf equipment donations to local high schools through the ClubsForeYouth® program. As schools are identified, more information will follow.
