2026 SCPGA Senior Section Championship
(MISSION VIEJO, CA) – Michael Block of Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club and Mike Fergin of Mesa Verde Country Club are co-leaders at 7-under-par in the opening round of the 2026 SCPGA Senior Section Championship.
Hosted at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, 72 players arrived to compete in this year’s Championship, which serves as a national qualifier for the Senior PGA Professional Championship. The top 10 finishers from the SCPGA Senior Section Championship will compete October 22–25, 2026, at the Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club in Gold Canyon, Arizona, for a chance to advance into the Senior PGA Championship.
The final round will conclude tomorrow, July 14th, with a single tee start at 7am.
