RIVERSIDE, CA (July 27, 2026) – Congratulations to Mark Geddes, PGA/Ty Smock (Boys Division) and Jimmy Palmieri/KK Horton (Girls Division) for their victory at the 2026 SCPGA Professional-Junior Championship hosted at Victoria Club!

The annual event, which saw the participation of fifty-two teams, is unique in its format. It pairs a junior, ages 18 and under, with an SCPGA Professional, offering a rare opportunity for the two generations to share the course. The Four-Ball format added an extra layer of excitement, making it a memorable day on the course for all involved.

In the Boys Division, Mark Geddes, PGA, and Ty Smock posted a 9-under-par 63 to claim a two-shot victory. Their round was highlighted by an eagle on the 14th hole and a clean, bogey-free scorecard.

In the Girls Division, Jimmy Palmieri and KK Horton fired an 8-under-par 64 to win by three strokes. The duo also turned in a bogey-free performance, powered by four birdies on the front nine and four on the back.

Today’s event featured Closest to the Pin contests for all juniors with the winners each receiving $25 gift cards:

Hole #5: Asher Rush (Boys) and Lydia Chang (Girls)

Hole #8: Ty Smock (Boys) and Kaili Soong (Girls)

Hole #11: Rui Xuan Han (Boys) and KK Horton (Girls)
