Geddes/Tuulik Claim 2026 SCPGA Member-Associate Championship

TEMECULA, CA (August 31, 2026) – Mark Geddes, PGA, and Chris Tuulik, a PGA Associate, from Coronado Golf Course, claimed the 2026 Member-Associate Championship following a one-hole playoff at the Journey at Pechanga after firing an 8-under-par total for the event.
The Member-Associate Championship is a unique tournament that features a Triple Play format, a thrilling combination of Alternate Shot (holes 1-6), Four-Ball (holes 7-12), and Scramble (holes 13-18), making it a truly unforgettable experience for the 60 competing teams. This event was originally slated to be held in February, but rain postponed the event into the summer.
Both Team Geddes/Tuulik and Team Kramer/Palmieri entered the clubhouse at 8-under-par, and a playoff on hole #10 was needed to determine the winner. Palmieri secured a birdie for his team, but after an excellent drive by Geddes, he was left with a four-footer for eagle. Geddes then knocked in the eagle to secure the victory for the team out of Coronado.
