Philip and Bragger Claim 2024 Senior-Junior Championship

GLENDALE, CA (August 5, 2024) — Alistair Philip, PGA, and Jimmy Bragger of San Gabriel Country Club claimed the 2024 Senior-Junior Championship at Oakmont Country Club in a dominant showing.
Team Philip/Bragger set the course on fire, recording a 10-under-par 61 to take home the trophy by one shot. With only one bogey on the card, they played the front nine to 6-under-par and the back to 4-under-par to claim the championship. A big thank you to our on-site partners, XXIO and TRUE linkswear, as both Philip/Bragger will also go home with two XXIO golf bags and TRUE linkswear custom golf shoes.
There were a total of three skins recorded on the day – Steve Holmes, PGA, and Erynne Yoo, PGA, eagled on hole #1 – Steve Vaughan, PGA, and Jesus Ojeda eagled on hole #7 – Mark Geddes, PGA, and Brian Smock, PGA, eagled on hole #8.
Congratulations to our closest-to-the-hole winner – Brian Smock, PGA, who won the TRUE linkswear sponsored par-3 16th hole, hitting his shot to two feet.
