Poncino/Gahan Claim 2024 Pro-Club Member Championship

PALOS VERDES, CA (November 4, 2024) — Vinnie Poncino, PGA, and Andrew Gahan out of San Clemente Golf Course claimed the 2024 Professional-Club Member Championship at Palos Verdes Golf Club with an 11-under-par 60 in the Four-Ball format.
The Professional-Club Member Championship features an SCPGA member and their amateur partner from the same facility.
The Poncino/Gahan duo were red hot all day, with 12 birdies, five pars, and one lone bogey on hole #8. The road to success came on the back nine for Poncino/Gahan as they recorded eight birdies with a stretch of five straight on their way to claim the one-shot victory over the field.
Congratulations to Colin Reinschell of The Farms Golf Club, for winning the professional side, and to Dan Buchner of The Huntington Club, for winning the amateur side of the Garmany Golf Bucket List Shootout. Reinschell won a trip to Portugal, and Buchner took home a trip to New Zealand courtesy of Garmany Golf and Air New Zealand.
Congratulations to team Samra/Kim for winning a skin on hole #2 with a birdie and to McCall/Jones for winning a skin on hole #5 with an eagle.
