Block/Lazare Capture 2024 Four-Ball Championship

COTO DE CAZA, CA (March 4, 2024) — Congratulations to Michael Block, PGA, from Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, and Lyon Lazare, PGA, from the Monarch Beach Golf Links, for their eight-under-par victory at the 2024 Four-Ball Championship hosted at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club.
It marked the 24th playing of the Four-Ball Championship, as team Block/Lazare were on fire on the day with a blistering six-under-par on the front nine and a two-under-par on the back nine for a bogey-free 64. It marks the fourth time Block has won the Four-Ball Championship and a first-time victory for Lazare.
There was one skin awarded on the day to Raj Samra, PGA, from Wilshire Country Club, and James Rocco, PGA, from Brentwood Country Club, for their eagle on hole 10.
Congratulations to the top three teams for winning a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses – Block/Lazare, Mark Geddes/Brian Smock, and Jonny Hogan/Steve Holmes.
