2022 Professional-Assistant Championship

Classic Club / The Westin MIssion Hills - Gary Player Course | September 26-27

PALM DESERT, CA – PGA Professionals Brian Smock and Chris Lempa of Coronado Golf Course fire a 23-under par to claim the 2022 Professional-Assistant Championship. This year’s Championship was hosted in the Coachella Valley at both Classic Club and Mission Hills – North for a fun-filled two days.

Smock and Lempa were on a heater, posting rounds of 58 and 63 on two tough tracks. On day one the duo was up against the challenging Classic Club, but they were able to rise to the occasion with 12 birdies and an eagle on the par-5 4th. Day two was more of the same as they scattered nine birdies across their scorecard at Mission Hills – North en route to their victory.
