2020 Professional-Lady Championship

GLENDORA, CA – (November 16, 2020) – Jeffrey Templeton, PGA, and Joan Higgins of Glendora Country Club defend their home turf and are the champions of the 2020 SCPGA Professional-Lady Championship!

Playing in a Stableford format, the field of 30 teams were treated to a beautiful day in Glendora for the 18th playing of this Championship. 

The Templeton and Higgins duo racked up points all day with their stellar play and home course knowledge. They finished their round with 31 points in total, three clear of their closest competitor. 2019 co-champions Mike Fergin, PGA, and Ellen Stewart of Mesa Verde Country Club finished in solo second with 28 points. Rounding out the top-3 with 26 points was team Oakmont Country Club comprised of Logan Scott, PGA, and Angella Collins. 

Congratulations to the closest to the hole contest winners on hole #15, Eunice Cho (11’7”) and Scott Mallory, PGA (5’4”), who each took home a brand new GB LASER LITE rangefinder courtesy of GolfBuddy.
