The Southern California PGA Foundation’s mission is to provide all those who might benefit, especially youth, with opportunities to acquire sustainable life skills and values obtained through the game of golf. Proceeds from this campaign will directly benefit the Southern California PGA Foundation’s College Scholarship and ClubsForeYouth™ programs.

The Southern California PGA Foundation’s Grants and Scholarships Program is tailored toward at-risk and underprivileged youth in the Southern California community. The SCPGA Foundation’s sole focus is to assist those in need through a variety of options focused on the game of golf. The life skills associated with the game are unmatched and the SCPGA Foundation views each activity and event as key contributions to a junior’s overall mental, physical, and social development.
Below are the available scholarships through the SCPGA Foundation for 2020. One completed applications will be accepted for all of the scholarships for which the applicant is eligible. Additional criteria may be required for specific scholarships.
CRITERIA: (1) Recipient must graduate high school by September 1, 2020, and enroll in an accredited two or four-year college or university, while requiring financial aid to do so; (2) MUST have outstanding personal character and leadership qualities. (3) Preference given to Southern California Residents & SCPGA Junior Tour Members

(3) Preference given to Canyon Lake area residents. (4) Active participation in golf not mandatory, but preferred.
CRITERIA: (1) Recipient must graduate high school by September 1, 2020, and enroll in an accredited two or four-year college or university, while requiring financial aid to do so; (2) MUST have outstanding personal character and leadership qualities. (3) Preference given to Southern California Residents. (4) Active participation in golf not mandatory, but preferred. (5) MUST provide one-page description of how you have and will continue to be a “Friend of Golf.”
CRITERIA: (1) Recipient must graduate high school by September 1, 2020, and enroll in an accredited two or four-year college or university, while requiring financial aid to do so; (2) Must have outstanding personal character and leadership ability. (3) Participation in golf mandatory.

(3) Preference given to Southern California Residents and members of the SCPGA Junior Tour; (4) Active participation in golf mandatory (SCPGA Junior Tour, AJGA, SCGA Junior, Valley Junior Golf, etc); (5) Must submit resume, highlighting experience and accomplishments in the game of golf; (6) Submit one-page essay describing how you have lived the El Caballero Foundation mission of enhancing the lives of the community around us.
