SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PGA PARTNERS WITH DISCOVER GLOBAL NETWORK
PGA Member Clubs to benefit from Discover Global Network’s Global Buying Power
Ontario, California – The Southern California PGA has signed an agreement with Discover Global Network, the world’s 3rd largest global network, to become an official partner of the section.
As part of the sponsorship, Discover Global Network will have a visible role as a new presenting partner. The Professional-Assistant Championship presented by Discover Global Network will be played September 25 -26, 2017 at Mission Hills Country Club, Rancho Mirage, CA.
“We’re excited to strike a relationship with the Southern California PGA,” said Pete Illian, Vice President at Discover Global Network. “This relationship will benefit both parties as it will heighten awareness of Discover Global Network’s global buying power when it comes to credit and debit card acceptance, as well as drive increased Discover card, and other international cards running on our network, usage at PGA member clubs.”
Global cards running on the domestic Discover Global Network include Diners Club International, UnionPay in China, BC card from South Korea, JCB in Japan, and RuPay from India.
Additional sponsorship elements include Discover Global Network brand presence within all of the PGA’s communication platforms, inclusive of the official website, newsletters, e-blasts, and social media campaigns.
