Where are you from originally?
I was born and raised in So. Cal. Lived in Van Nuys until 10 years old then moved to Valencia where I was raised and eventually married and live with my beautiful wife and daughter.
How long have you been at your current facility?
I have been at Woodland Hills Country Club for 2 years now and prior to that I was Director of Golf at Lakeside Golf Club working there for 18 years.
What is your favorite golf experience/memory?
My favorite memory is taking my ailing dad and his friends to Pinehurst GC for one last golf trip. I set up 3 rounds of golf at #2, #7 and Pine wild Magnolia with a condo and flew everyone in for the last Hoorah. We laughed and play golf and cards for 4 days.
What is your dream golf course to play?
I would love to play Merion or Augusta National in my life.
Without saying “grow the game”, why do you work in the golf industry?
I work in the golf industry because of the people I have met over the years and the ones I haven’t yet met. I love the interaction with people who share the passion for this great game.
You are on an island with only one cd to listen to, what’s it going to be?

Byron Nelson, Myself, Steve Stricker and My Father.
Why do you serve on our Metro Board and feel compelled to give back?
I believe that instead of sitting back expecting things to get done it would be better to get involved and see what it’s like to help out my fellow professional.
